Anne Bonny Irish Stout

How about trying a glass of traditional Irish stout. Our stout however is not particularly dry and has overtones of dark chocolate and toffee. The infused nitrogen gives a wonderful cascading effect in the glass and a rich, creamy head. Particularly tasty when paired with our oysters on the half shell. 3.9% ABV

Calico Jack Amber Ale

A rich, malty beer made with classic American hops for a full and complex flavor. Very smooth in aroma and palate. The caramel overtones leave a nice finish. 5.4% ABV

Dead Man Walkin' IPA

This extra hoppy ale is characteristic of the classic pale ales. Using the very flavorful Mount Hood, Liberty and Hallertau hops we have created classic IPA goodness every sailor knows. 7.4% ABV

Golden Treasure

For those who enjoy a clean, crisp, refreshing beer this medium copper colored brew is perfect. With its low level of hop bitterness and slightly sweet flavor it is one of our lightest ales. We use the lightest grains with Kent Goldings and Liberty hops. This beer is an excellent choice for the not so brave. 4.2% ABV

Whiskey-Vanilla Smoked Porter

A dark, rich, slightly thick porter infused with a classic bourbon flavor. This specialty dark ale is sure to please even the most discriminating palate. 6.5% ABV

Irish Red Ale

Rich and smooth on the palate this ale is a near perfect "Irish Red". A variety of hops, Mt. Hood, Liberty & Fuggles combined with some roasted barley make an agreeable brew. 6% ABV

Oktoberfest

Copper colored Vienna Style Brew with a soft maltiness and subtle sweetness which stands alone or pairs nicely with heartier autumn dishes. This popular beer has gentle hop characteristics and is smooth on the palate. 6.1% ABV

The Great Pumpkin Ale

Each year our Pumpkin Ale gets rave reviews. Somewhat spicy, very smooth and flavorful like a pumpkin pie, yet you can still tell you are drinking a beer! 4% ABV

Hefeweizen

Our German "Spring" Wheat is lighter and more mild than our Autumn Wheat. Very flavorful, this unfiltered "witbier" is classically cloudy and exceptionally well balanced! 4.8% ABV

'Bombs Away' Double IPA

This powerful India Pale Ale is dry-hopped with both Mt. Hood and Liberty hops to make an unbeatable brew. 11.5% ABV

Raspberry Wheat

This is a light wheat beer with the sweet, tart raspberry flavor that you have come to expect every year. Always a hit at the Bear Creek Brew Fest. 4.8% ABV
 

Proprietor's Reserve White

Lean with crisp acidity, bottled early to capture youth and freshness. Crisp, almost sweet, fruity, peach pit flavor. Perfect with most seafood dishes.

 Chaddsford Sunset Blush

100% Steuben grapes (red grapes) are pressed off the skins quickly, like a white, in order to make this wine "blush"! This wine presents Steuben in its lightest, freshest and most delicate form. Complements any meal.

 Proprietor's Reserve Red

This vintage is light with delicate flavors of cherry, smoke, vanilla and a hint of anise. With its slightly dry finish, this wine is perfect with steaks or hearty bar-b-qued ribs.

Chaddsford Chardonnay

Light and clear with a warm medium body. Slightly earthy with light vanilla and butterscotch for the nose. In the mouth it is prominent buckwheat honey with elements of melon and apple and the "signature" mineral taste of our region.

Cuvee Blush

Master blend of semi-sweet rieslings chardonnay and cabernet sauvignon creating a unique taste. Sweet an fruity with a dry finish showing superb balance. Enjoyable alone or combined with any pasta dish or light appetizer.

Johannisberg Riesling

 A semi-sweet, rich tasting wine with tropical fruit overtones. Highly recommended with any grilled or blackened fish steak or fillet. Enhances the flavor of any shellfish.

Chardonnay Private Reserve

 Rich, dry, smooth and full on the palate with a hint of sweet anise. Encounters nicely and richly complements all seafood, especially shellfish. Particularly pleasant with light chicken dishes or seafood in light lemon sauces.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Classic Bordeaux. Barrel aging adds to the cherry and black currant flavors. Its creamy finish will enhance your prime rib, filet mignon or any grilled steak or rib meal.

Alpine Spice

Chardonnay and Riesling combine for this legendary wine. With its special blend of herbs and spices, this wine is excellent with appetizers or all alone after dinner. Served warm in winter with a cinnamon stick or on ice in summer.
